Orders & payment
All prices are in Bahraini Dinar and include 10% VAT. Orders can be paid by cash or card on delivery, or in store on collection.
Delivery & collection
We deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Delivery is free on orders over BD 20; otherwise a delivery fee is shown at checkout. In-store collection is free.
Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Food, treats and opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Services
Grooming, hotel and café bookings are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp. Hotel guests must have up-to-date vaccinations. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a booking.
